If your credit card payment is unsuccessful, the gateway will return a specific error message. Please locate your error below and follow the recommended solution.
Common Error Codes & Solutions
- 1. High-Risk / Fraud Suspicion
The system flagged the transaction. Ensure your billing address, phone number, and IP address perfectly match your bank's records. Avoid using VPNs during checkout, or try a different card. - 2. Do Not Honor / Payment Declined
Your issuing bank blocked the transaction (this is very common for international purchases). Please call your bank, confirm you are making an overseas transaction, and authorize the payment. - 3. Insufficient Funds
Your card balance is too low. Note: Due to international currency exchange rates, your bank may charge a small conversion fee. Please ensure your card has at least a $10 to $15 buffer above the order total. - 4. Invalid Card Number
Double-check that your 16-digit card number, expiration date, and CVV code are entered exactly as they appear on the physical card. - 5. Restricted Card / Channel Not Found / Payment Failed
Your card type is restricted by the issuer, or the routing failed. Please try a different credit card or switch to an alternative payment method (e.g., PayPal, Bank Transfer).
