StockxShoesVIP provides worldwide shipping from our dedicated facility in China. We partner with premier carriers including DHL, EMS, USPS, FedEx, UPS, and various Express lines to ensure secure delivery.

1. Post-Purchase Workflow

• Order Confirmation: Once payment is successful, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours to verify your order details. Please review and respond promptly to expedite the process.
• Quality Control (QC): After confirmation, we will provide high-resolution QC photos of your specific pair. Most items are ready for QC within 2 business days, though high-demand stock may require additional processing time.
• Final Dispatch: We only ship your package after you have reviewed and approved the QC photos. This ensures you receive exactly what you expect.

2. Estimated Shipping Lead Times

Note: During public holidays, transit times may be extended as manufacturers and carriers operate at limited capacity. While these external factors are beyond our control, we actively monitor every shipment to minimize delays.

3. Tracking & Transparency

• Tracking Numbers: Once shipped, we will provide your tracking number along with a photo of your shipping label and package.
• Activation Period: It may take 2-3 days for tracking numbers to become active on the carrier’s system. You can monitor progress directly on our website via your order dashboard or through our recommended tracking portal.
• Customer Requests: If you have specific shipping requirements or delivery instructions, please include them in your order notes at checkout.
