Your satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt for most items in new, unworn condition.

Return Conditions

  • Eligibility Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if an item is right for you.
  • Item Condition: Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Products with non-returnable marks and free gifts are excluded from this policy.
  • Shipping Responsibility: Returns are at the customer's expense; we do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Ownership Verification: Please ensure you are returning STOCKXSHOES products; we are not responsible for non-affiliated items.

Standard Return Process

  • Step 1: Authorization. Contact our Customer Service team to state the item(s) you wish to return and the specific reason.
  • Step 2: Preparation. After receiving our return instructions, pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  • Step 3: Dispatch. Drop off the package at your local post office. Note: Do not send your return to the address on the original shipping label.
  • Step 4: Refund. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. You will receive an automated confirmation email once the refund is issued.
